Planting Tips

Sow starting August 15; sowing is possible until late October or early November;sowing too early may cause the radishes or phacelia to bolt

Caution if sulfonylureas were used on the previous crop;
Consider plowing if necessary

Seeding rate: 5–8 kg/ha for 250 to 360 seeds/m²

Monitor for possible slug infestations

Remove the plant cover starting in January and no later than the end of February,
by rolling with a roller once or by mulching
